Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

To start a return request:

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

  3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

Please do not send any returns without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rovelle Bags is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a notification regarding approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • A confirmation email will be sent once completed

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
